Autumn Candle Haul

Now all I need is the Autumn weather.

A few days ago I decided that it was officially time to get the autumn decorations out. Yeah I know ‘Autumn technically hasn’t started yet’, but I consider all of September autumn. In my decorations of course I had to include a few candles. Since I burned through all the ones I bought last year, I decided to get some more. Autumn is the BEST time of year and candles just make everything 20 times better, so the choice was clear that I needed to go out and spend all my money in Bath and Body Works.
First off is Flannel, which is one I didn’t have last year. It’s described as having fragrance notes of crisp autumn air, bergamot, heirloom mahogany, and soft musk. This one is more of a fresher scent. A lot of autumn candles usually have a spice sent to them, but if you prefer a fresher more cleaner smelling candle this is the one to get. To be completely honest, this one smells like really nice cologne haha.
Next are two sweeter scents, Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte and Cinnamon Sugar Donut. I absolutly hate really sweet smelling candles but these definitely do not have that sickly sweet smell. Both are fairly sweet, but kind of a muted sweet. A lot of people say they can barely smell Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte which is weird. It has fragrance notes of pumpkin latte (surprise, surprise), toasted marshmallow, creamy sandalwood, white ginger, and praline musk. Cinnamon Sugar Donut is one that I love because every year my family goes to a festival in the autumn and they have the best cinnamon sugar donuts, so it reminds me of that. This one has fragrance notes of crushed cinnamon, sugar crystals, and handmade donut.
Leaves is one that I didn't have last year and is one that a lot of people seem to like. It has fragrance notes of crisp red apple, golden nectar, and warm clove spice, but the apple definitely stands out the most. Then there’s Sweater Weather, which is what I wish it would be, but summer’s just not giving up. This one has fragrance notes of fresh sage, juniper berry, aromatic eucalyptus, and fresh woods. Both of these candles have a fresh scent but also still a spice that makes them autumnal.
Last but certainly not least we have Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin. This has everything you want in an autumn candle and is my absolute favorite. I’m pretty sure the spice in this one is why I love it so much. It has fragrance notes of harvest pumpkin, spiced clove, vanilla cream, and brown sugar. Surprisingly it doesn’t have cinnamon, haha.

That’s it, we’re done! I hope you enjoyed reading about what I spent all of my money on. What’s your favorite autumn candle?
Love, Lexi
